Just tossed some brussels sprouts with Lyndigo's Original Spice Rub, garlic, pancetta, olive oil and roasted them at 450 degrees for 15mins tossing them halfway through. Cooked for remaining 7 1/2mins and transferred them to platter. I couldn't forget to scrape the yum yums (pancetta and garlic bits) off the pan and mix them in. Delish!
Try puting whole jar of Lyndigo Spice Pineapple Chutney on and in between the slices of your spiral ham and roast it covered for an hour. So good!
