Lyndigo Spice® Holiday Ham
- 1 Spiral Ham, 10-12lb (Nitrate Free)
- 2 jars Lyndigo Spice® Pineapple Chutney
- Roasting Pan
- Place ham in roasting pan.
- Spread one jar of Lyndigo Spice® Pineapple Chutney evenly in between each slice of ham.
- Spread half of second jar chutney on top of ham, cover with foil and cook per packaging directions. If it comes with a glaze, discard it. You will not need it.
- Uncover the last 15 minutes of cooking to let brown slightly.
- Add slices to platter and serve with remaining chutney.
