I created this rub as a low sodium seasoning for BBQ. The combination of spices and herbs makes it so versatile, that we also put it on popcorn, roasted chickpeas and everything else!  

Mix it with a little oil or all natural juice to make a paste and marinate your meats, fish, or vegetables. 

Ingredients: Paprika, Brown Sugar, Sea Salt, Spices, Garlic, Onion, Organic Dried Cane Syrup, Black Pepper, Cayenne Pepper
